The Spinal Degeneration handout is a great introduction or Report of Findings supplement tool.
Show the patients X-rays a second time on the sixth or seventh visit and use these simple tear-off sheets> to remind them of their current phase of degeneration. Convert PI or third party insured patients into cash patients when their insurance benefits end. Remind them what phase their spine is in and offer appropriate proactive care to continue their progress. Use a red marker to circle the most accurate phase that the patient’s findings represent.
