Q.  What are your most popular Lifestyles titles?

A.  The most requested Lifestyle titles are: Disc Problems, Chiropractic, Subluxation, Carpal Tunnel, Lower Back, Headaches, Whiplash and Neck Pain.

Q.  Do you recommend plain or laminated posters?

A.  We suggest using laminated posters in your office.  They last longer and cost much less to frame.  The laminated posters can be dry mounted and then framed for about half the cost of a glass framed poster.

Q.  What do you mean by “customizing” a brochure, postcard or newsletter.

A.   For a small additional cost we can print personalized information on your item.  We can include such information as practice location and contact information in addition to coupons, specials and one time promotions.  The amount of space varies per product but we can also transfer a logo, picture or map if it translates to black and white.

Q.  What are your specials?

A.  Specials are offered and change, so check out our on-line bargain bin as well as our most current catalog in the center section for our discontinued items.  When calling to order, ask for any additional deals we might have.

Q.  What kind of discount can you get for bulk orders?

A.  We offer several different discounts when ordering products in volume.  Discounts usually apply to paper products. Ask your Back Talk representative about these discounts when calling to order.

Q.  I purchased your Report of Findings tape a few years ago and now it will not work.  How much is it to replace?

A.  We offer to replace or upgrade your videos to DVD for our Report of Findings, Beginning Care and Chiropractic for Beginners titles for $25 plus shipping.  We ask that you return the original product to protect the copyrighted material and allow us to investigating any quality control issues.

Q.  How do you implement your products?

A.  Our founder and president, Dr. Robert D. Jackson, has taken the time to produce videos and write scripts to help you use our products in a practice.  He has used virtually all of our products in his practice and provides valuable tips and insight into educating and retaining patients.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept? Can you bill me for my order?

A.  We ask that you pay for your products at the time of purchase or delivery (via COD).  Credit card is the most common form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted).  We do accept checks and will gladly mail or fax you an invoice with a quoted price and  will ship your product when payment is received.  If you choose to receive the product COD there is an additional charge added to the shipping and handling fees. Sorry, we do not bill for our products.
